Before Leaving Home:
All individuals taking part in or viewing New Tecumseth & District Skating Club (NTDSC) activities must self-screen at home in accordance with current Town of New Tecumseth and public heath guidelines before attending any NTDSC activity.
Town Of New Tecumseth COVID-19 Screening Questions
Individuals must not attend any training sessions or club activities if they:
• Exhibit any COVID-19 symptoms, such as a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, or other symptoms identified by health experts
• Have been in contact with someone with an active case of COVID19 in the past 14 days
• Have returned from travel outside of Canada and do not have a Travel Exemption as per the Government of Canada.
Arriving at the Arena:
Skaters or their Parent / Guardian will be asked, by a NTDSC Board Member or Coach, to complete a Health Screening Questionnaire at the arena prior to participation in NTDSC activities. Skate Ontario: Health Screening Questionnaire
Vulnerable or At-Risk Individuals:
Individuals who are considered a vulnerable or at-risk (individuals over 70 years, weakened immune system or medical conditions such as heart disease, lung disease, cancer etc.) should strongly consider their participation in club/skating school activities.
